The application zones

Main 2, 3; additional 1, 4, 12, 15; subsidiary 20, 22, 28, 31.

General recommendation

Applying the applicator to the main, additional and the most painful zones, but if the pain is too strong, apply the applicator above or below the zone of pain or to the zones located on the other side. The duration of application is 10-30 minutes. For colds and bronchial asthma, use long cross-stimulation with the small applicators. For example, stimulate point D on the left, point C n the right, point B on the left and the centers of the zone A and E or F.

All the respiratory organs illnesses, especially those having allergic origin, require correction of breathing. It is necessary to regulate breathing by means of reducing its intensity, by holding it (the breathing must be noiseless and imperceptible). The most suitable ways to regulate breathing are Butejko method, yoga breathing techniques which include long pauses after an inhale and an exhale, breathing with Frolov apparatus, and breathing under a thick blanket. The aim of all these methods is to save and accumulate carbonic gas up to the normal amount which is about 7% of the blood composition.

This concentration of CO2 is maintained in the blood of healthy people and only under such conditions all oxygen, coming with the air, can be transported to all the tissues of the body. The state when the concentration of CO2 in relation to other gases contained in the blood is 6.5-7% promotes production of the biologically active matters at maximum level, which leads to the highest vital activity of all the organs and tissues of the body and ensures reliable defense against illnesses.

Additional recommendations

For colds, chronic lungs and bronchi illnesses use the applicator as a mustard plaster. Always finish treatment with the feet application. It is possible to warm and moisten the feet before the application (as a rule, when cold is accompanied with high temperature the feet are cold and dry to the touch). Stimulate the feet with the applicator plate or applicator roller for 5-10 minutes 3-7 times a day.

You can put the feet on the applicator, sitting on the chair, and simultaneously press it. To get steady effect after the applicator stimulation it is useful to rub the skin with the cedar, silver fir or other medical herbal oil.

To remove the bronchial asthma attack one should lie on the applicator with the main zone (1, 2, 3) or use the applicator belt, and, at the same time, stimulate the upper parts of the front chest surface in the zones 12 and 13 with the small applicator or the applicator roller for 10-20 minutes. Doing this, it is necessary to hold one`s breath or, at least, to breath with a long exhale through the compressed lips.

For cold, allergic or catarrhal rhinitis lie on the applicator with the zone 1 or wear it fixed to the nape with a bandage for 10-20 minutes 2-5 times a day.

For expressed and steady painful syndrome in the upper extremities it is advisable to apply the applicator plate or the applicator roller to the symmetric zones located on the opposite (unaffected) side.
