The applicator is used to stimulate reflex zones of the sole.
It consists of an elastic rubber plate and needles made of zinc, copper, iron, nickel, silver.

Indications: locomotor system disorders; nervous system disorders; respiratory organs illnesses (including those having allergic origin); cardiovascular diseases; digestive organs pathology; endocrine disorders. The applicator can be used in obstetrics, gynaecology and urology. It can be applied to remove abstinent syndrome (for alcoholism and smoking), to restore vitality, to rise mood and to increase working capacity.

How to use the applicator. Insert the applicators into shoes of suitable size. Then step on them carefully with your feet. You can either walk or stand still.

To produce stimulating (toning up) effect, stand on the insoles and make “rolling” movements with your feet for 5-7 min.
To produce sedative effect, sit on a chair and make onward, undulating movements with your feet for 15-30 min.
